Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Grace Info Media, we aim to provide high-quality website development and hosting services. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully:
- Web Hosting Services: All hosting payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us to prevent future billing. However, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused service time.
- Web Development Services: The initial deposit (advance payment) is non-refundable once project research or development work has commenced. Final payments are non-refundable once the project has been delivered and approved by the client.
- Service Cancellations: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle of your hosting plan, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your renewal date.
