- Website Development: We provide custom design and development as outlined in your specific project quote. Timelines are estimates and depend on the timely provision of content (images, text, etc.) by the client.
- Web Hosting: We provide server space and maintenance. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages.
2. Payment Terms
- Recurring Billing: Hosting services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. By choosing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your PayPal or Cashfree account automatically.
- Late Payments: If a hosting payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your service. A reconnection fee may apply.
- Currency: International clients will be billed in USD via PayPal; Indian clients will be billed in INR via Cashfree.
3. Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- Content: You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your site. We strictly prohibit the hosting of illegal material, spam, or malware.
- Security: While we provide server-level security, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress admin credentials and third-party plugins.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full and final payment, the ownership of the website’s frontend design and custom code is transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our professional portfolio.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Grace Info Media shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services. We strongly recommend that clients maintain their own off-site backups of all website data.
6. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh/Punjab.
